Welcome to Vintage Belle Broken China Jewelry! We elevate discarded china into unique, modern heirloom jewelry. We select the prettiest portions of each pattern to showcase in high quality hand crafted, sterling silver settings. Our jewelry is designed to be timeless while giving you the opportunity to appreciate your favorite patterns in a fresh new way.

Policies and FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions):

1.  Where are you located?

We are based near Austin, Texas, but we sell exclusively online.  We do not have a physical "brick & mortar" store.

2.  Can I Return an item?

  • Yes, you have 30 days to return an item from the day you received it. 
  • You must email tracking information to us when you ship the item back.
  • We only pay for return shipping if there is a defect in the jewelry
    • If you selected the wrong size or changed your mind about the item you will need to pay for return shipping.

  • We will issue you a refund once the item is received. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

3.  Can I Exchange an Item?

  • Since our inventory frequently changes, the way we do exchanges is to issue you a full refund if you return your order, and you can make another purchase separately if you wish.
  • You have 30 days to Return and item for Refund from the date of receipt.
  • You must email tracking information to us when you ship the item back.
  • We only pay for return shipping if there is a defect in the jewelry

4.  Can I request a Pre-Paid Shipping Label for return?

If there is a defect in the item, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for return.  We will ask for a picture of the defect.

If you selected the wrong size or changed your mind about the item, you will need to pay for return shipping.

5.  Do you take custom orders?  Will you make something using my china?

No, we don't accept custom orders at this time.

6.  Do you offer wholesale accounts?

No, we do not offer wholesale accounts.

7.  I live outside the US - how can I order?

We don't ship outside the US.  Some people outside the US have had friends or family in the US purchase items and ship them.

8.  Do you offer classes?  How do I learn to make broken china jewelry the way you do?

No, we do not offer classes. We use a combination of lost wax casting and sterling torch soldering to make each setting to fit each piece of broken china.  You can learn the same techniques by taking jewelry making metallurgy classes (usually offered at a local college).  If you just want to learn to make craft jewelry without the commitment of becoming a professional jeweler, you can learn to solder with an iron and make craft jewelry at home by reading these books:
